* Conference registration is mandatory
* Abstracts should be submitted ONLINE only.
* E-poster abstract is limited to 500 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations) clearly stating objective, methodology, and results. Please avoid using abbreviations in the title.
* A presenting author may submit up to 2 abstracts. An abstract may be submitted only once. Duplicates of abstracts (reporting the same data) that are submitted under different titles or authors will not be considered.
* The first author shall be the presenting author; in addition, a maximum of 3 co-authors are allowed.
* The work should be an original, unpublished work of the author(s). Previously published/presented studies cannot be submitted.
* The identity of the patient (name, hospital ID) should not appear in any of the images.
* For submitting the abstract for e-poster presentation, the author retains copyright to the content and agrees to give usage license to the IRIA for educational purpose.
* The presenting author should give consent whether or not the poster may be converted to another category at the discretion of the scientific committee. All communications of acceptance/rejection/change of category status will be sent by email only.
* All abstracts will be reviewed by the members of the scientific committee and will be judged on scientific, research, and/or clinical value, originality of work, and their potential impact. The decision (acceptance/rejection/modification of category of abstract) by the scientific committee is final. No appeal will be entertained.
* The final presentation is expected to reflect the contents of your abstract.
* Withdrawal of Abstracts should be communicated via email before the submission deadline.
Paper and abstract submission guidelines:
a) Conference registration is mandatory
b) Candidates may submit abstracts under the following categories
– Post Graduate – For prize paper as mentioned above
– Consultant – For proffered paper presentation (Non-prize category)
c) Abstract must be in English, in upto 500 words only
d) The body of the abstract should be structured as follows:
– Aims and objectives
– Methods and Materials
– Results
– Conclusion
e) Authors of accepted papers ONLY will be required to send the powerpoint presentation
f) The duration of presentations of the competitive papers shall be 15 minutes for each candidate, including 3 minutes of discussion. The total size of the presentation should not exceed 20 MB. Maximum number of slides: 16 for proffered and prize papers, including the title, concluding slide, and references
g) Among the accepted papers, a preliminary round of presentation will be held before the conference on an online platform. The selected papers will be presented at the Annual State Conference to be held at Vellore
h) There will be prestigious awards and attractive prizes for the top 3 papers that are selected.
